Waiver and Release Form

I, _______________________, understand and agree that during my participation in or attendance at the Timber Ridge Event, that I may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks, both foreseen and unforeseen.

These risks and hazards include, but are not limited to, the dangers of property damage, serious bodily injury, and/ or death.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I vonluntarily and freely accept all risks assoictated with my participation in this event, and agree that it is my duty and obligation to acquaint myself with all hazards and risks involved in the event, and that I will in fact do so prior to my participation in or attendance at the event.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I voluntarily and freely agree to WAIVE, DISHCARGE, AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY the Dakota Jeeps Club, its officers, directors, leaders, members, volunteers, and workers, and its sponsors, vendoers, and suppliers, inlucding any land owners on which any events may be held, from any and all liability of any kind or nature, on account of, or in any way resulting from injuries, and death, even if caused by the negligence of the Dakota Jeeps Club and/or its officers, directors, leaders, members, volunteers, and workers, and its sponsors, vendoers, and suppliers, inlucding any land owners on which any events may be held, from any claims, damages, attorneys fees, injuries or losses caused by mown negligence while a participant in the event.

I understand and intend that this assumption of risk, waiver and release is binding upon my heirs, executors, administratiores and assigns, and includes any minors and/or wards accompanying me or authorized by me to participate, and shall therefore be binding on his or her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

THIS IS A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LEGAL LIABILITY, PLEASE READ AND REVIEW CAREFUELLY

I have read this document in its entirety and I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such injuries and damages and not whtstnading such risks, I agree to participate in the TIMBER RIDGE EVENT
