May 16th Timber Ridge Run 

Timber Meet at Larrys Truck stop at 7:45 am depart at 8am sharp

$25 entry fee, optional breakfast, bring sandwiches and beverages for the trail

Should be home by 5 or 6pm

Next time we need to do cleanup earlier so grass isnt too tall, allergies didnt do well

Meeting minutes

Jeep Show

• Jeep show date set at Oct 3rd and will be at Billion Jeep (Dodge dealer)
• Jeep show events to include RTI ramp scoring and the teetor totter test
• Billions will be sponsoring the show by letting us use the parking lot and buy the food for the event
• It sounds like Billions will setup having the KRRO come down for live broadcast (still to verify sponsoring this)
• We will have Chad make up some Jeep Show shirts, we will have red shirts and yellow shirts this year with grey lettering
• We plan on having pork sandwiches and pop free to anyone stopping by
• We would like to have a cruise night the night before the show (Oct 2nd)

Fall hiway cleanup

• Cleanup will be Sunday after the show (Oct 4th)
• Cleanup will be at hiway 18 and hiway 11 at 1:00pm
• We will eat after the cleanup, club buys the meal

Tread Lightly

• Sept 12th down in NE, cost is $50 for the day
• Info is on the forum on how to register

Fall Timber Ridge run

• Should look into Sept 19th for having the fall run

Iowa Timber Ridge weekend

• Sept 25-27
• Cost is $85 for the weekend
• Door prizes
• Poker runs or other events

Could look into having a monthly cruise night and just park on minn somewhere just to chat and show off

August 29th Car show at Advance Auto on Minn 12-5

Pretty good turn out, the guys at advance were impressed and gave us all a bag full of goodies.

The show was a fundraiser for Junior Diabetes JDFR http://kids.jdrf.org

Im glad the club could help out and show some support  

Sept 17th Club Meeting

Moved the Iowa trip back a day due to funeral 

Sept 19th Timber Ridge Run - Was moved to Sept 20th

I believe six of us made it down to Timber Ridge. It was a good time, took guys on the new trails down there.

We cooked burgers agian along with brownies. Thanks Troy, Jason, and Joe.

Not alot of pictures, no camera guy! Joe smashed up whats left of his front fender pretty good and had fun doing it!

Oct 2nd Cruise night

We all got together and cruised around for awhile. We stopped and got ice for the show.

Oct 3rd Jeep Show at Billion Dodge/Jeep

Too much to list really.

We setup cars to crush, some guy was sleeping in one of them, almost got crushed!!

We had two different kinds of voting and points for determining winners.

We had the RTI ramp setup, the new flex ramps, found the owner of the RTI and decided to buy it from them.

We had Ali from the KRRO out there live broadcasting, she even rode over the cars in the passenger seat.

The pork sandwiches turned out to be one of the best meals ever, also had the consessions guys out there.

We gave away many great prizes from all kinds of sponsors, everyone should have won 3 or 4 prizes.

We never gave the reciepts to Billions for the food, nor payed for the radio remote
